After you take the initial step of completing the intake form on our contact page, we will schedule a phone call with you to discuss your project goals, expectations, and timeline to assure that our services are a good fit for you and your project.

This is the time I spend getting to know more about you and your project. We will review your space and discuss concepts along with the items and services your project will require. Projected timelines and an investment level will be considered. Afterward, you will receive your Project Scope outline along with your Design Fee and my Letter of Agreement for you to review. A follow-up phone call will be scheduled to answer any questions.

Once you approve your project scope and pay your design fee, you will be officially placed on our calendar, and we will get to work! A design discovery meeting will be scheduled. We’ll talk about your lifestyle and values, your needs, and your desires. I’ll begin to learn more about your personal aesthetic and gather insights that will help me in designing a space to fit your personal needs. We’ll review inspirational pictures, brainstorm ideas, and discuss the next steps. You’ll participate in our client questionnaire. A working budget will be developed. Pictures and measurements of the space will be taken.

Next comes the design process. Here’s where the creativity begins. I take what I have learned about you and begin the work of creating your space. Early concepts evolve with proposed room layouts, furniture elements, and color stories with fabrics, floor, and wall coverings. Plans are developed and we collaborate with vendors, artisans, and other creators and trades to design and curate the right elements for each individual design. Single-room projects average 6-8 weeks of design time.

After the design aspect is complete, we meet for your design presentation. You will be presented with plans and visuals showcasing your project. Product selections will be presented along with fabrics and finish samples to assist you in conceptualizing your new space. Pricing for your project will be presented.

Once you sign off on your design project, the ordering process then follows. Proposals are turned into invoices; funds are collected, and ordering takes place. Progress of all orders is continually tracked. Management of your project along with overseeing installations commences. Once all your furnishings have arrived at our warehouse and are inspected, I schedule and manage your installation process, This is the day your design plan comes to life!

Installation of all items has occurred, your items have been arranged and styled, any issues have been resolved, professional photographs have been taken and you are left to enjoy your beautiful new space.
